We initially had a telephone conversation to discuss the needs of our son and Chaido was very informative and knowledgeable on the process. She also explained in detail what she would do and carry out.
Once everything her end had been done, we received an exceptional report in detail about our son which was sent through very quickly, we had another conversation about the report to make sure we were happy with everything that it said and that it would meet all the requirements to support our sons EHCP.

I had contacted Mrs Vogiatzi to request guidance on how to communicate with my daughters based on emotion coaching and with sympathy. I wanted to have sessions on a weekly basis. As soon as we’ve spoken she managed to understand exactly what I needed and accommodated my needs. I cannot recommend enough Mrs Vogiatzi not only for her knowledge but more for her approach. Since our first session, I understood that I can be heard and she guided me very well. She is professional and friendly at the same time and very approachable.
